Trade Spend Analyst

Join Haleon as a Trade Spend Analyst to manage trade spend processes and financial analysis within a leading consumer healthcare company. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Manage the end-to-end trade spend process, including monitoring outstanding claims and reviewing monthly accruals. Conduct financial (actuals versus forecast) and prepare commentary on overspend and key trends. Perform monthly Net Sales reconciliation between Trade Spend Management with SAP, TSM accrual, and Rebates Payable. Monitor trade claims reports to ensure timely validation and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on accounts receivable collection and deduction resolution. Ensure accurate and timely completion of trade spend reviews. Validate customer invoice and off-invoice claims against approved Sales Agreements and Promotional Tracker. Support Sales Finance Partner and National Business Managers with investigations and variance analysis. Assist with audits, finance management monitoring tasks, and preparation of slides and ad hoc projects as requested by Sales Channel Head and Sales Finance Manager. About You The company is looking for: Relevant degree in Commerce, Business, or Accounting, or equivalent experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Advanced Excel skills and strong computer proficiency with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes. Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams. Capability to identify opportunities, risks, and issues with financial implications and propose effective solutions. Drive for continuous improvement in promotional spend analysis, decision-making, and business processes. Australian work rights are required. Compensation & Benefits Career development opportunities.
