Candidate Profile YOU | You will be enthusiastic about engaging with clients and eager to expand your knowledge in the banking industry. As the ideal candidate, you’ll have experience in Complex Retail, Commercial Banking, or Accounting, along with a background in credit and cash flow analysis. You’ll also bring: A positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Effective relationship management capabilities. Previous exposure to commercial segments within financial services (desirable). A qualification in accounting, finance, or business (desirable). Experience in financial analysis, credit assessment, or lending structuring. This role will allow you to engage with a portfolio of clients while developing your relationship management skills. Key responsibilities include: Researching and preparing credit submissions, deal structuring, and financial analysis. Identifying risks associated with new and existing clients. Providing solutions and support to a portfolio of clients. Collaborating with a range of stakeholders across the business. Assisting in meeting revenue and compliance targets.
