Map customer journeys and develop listening points. Proactively manage campaigns and monitor performance metrics such as Orders/Buyer, Repurchase Rates, Open Rates, Click Rates, Inbox Delivery, etc. Strategically plan and execute all CRM and Loyalty campaigns to meet customer service and retention KPIs. Required Skills: Proficient with marketing channels such as SMS, Email, push notifications, and retargeting. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics. Experience with marketing automation tools like Adobe Campaign, Responsys, Webengage, Blueshift, Clevertap, etc. Experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns. Excellent quantitative skills and data analysis abilities. Strong CRM knowledge and data interpretation skills. Work Experience: 2-5 years of hands-on retention marketing experience. Skills: Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.
