Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst – Vanta Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) Salary: A$136,000 – A$184,000 Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia As an Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst at Vanta, you will be responsible for driving key day‑to‑day operational support for Vanta’s pre‑ and post‑sales teams and make recommendations on how to improve Vanta’s GTM motion. Revenue Operations at Vanta aims to unlock revenue for our GTM teams by balancing improvements for process and reporting with unblocking sellers so they can generate (or save) revenue consistently. Our goal is to provide best‑in‑class recommendations and accountability to our GTM teams to keep the revenue engine running. Success in this role is determined by the ability to move quickly, unblock GTM leaders, and push the envelope to drive stronger process, reporting, and adherence. Responsibilities Serve as Vanta’s first escalation point for GTM field questions on Rules of Engagement and data inspection. Maintain a strong operating rhythm for pre‑ and post‑sales, including recurring pipeline audits, territory inspections, and scorecard updates. Partner with Vanta’s systems team to identify opportunities for process improvement. Manage and prioritize competing demands, ensuring project deadlines are met and communicating trade‑offs as necessary. Work cross‑functionally to capture requirements, gather feedback, and deliver enhancements through effective change‑management processes. Develop industry‑leading operating metrics and source‑of‑truth reporting for ICs and Managers (in SFDC). How to be Successful 4+ years of relevant experience in revenue operations, sales operations, GTM operations, sales strategy, or similar roles in a SaaS environment. Strong business aptitude and understanding of marketing, sales, and customer‑success needs that drive system requirements. Proven problem‑solving skills – ability to identify business challenges, define impact, and create project plans with measurable improvements. Excellent communication skills and examples of influencing executive leadership with data‑driven recommendations. High proficiency in Excel and comfortable with analyzing large data sets.
