Revenue Operations Analyst/Manager - APAC Traild is a dynamic, fast‑growing SaaS company that streamlines and automates accounts payable. We’re looking for a talented, passionate, and motivated individual to join our team as a Revenue Operations Analyst/Manager , reporting to the Chief of Staff. You will drive performance, operational efficiency, and strategic insight across our Revenue Operations function, owning our GTM systems and generating actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Partner with leadership to deliver data‑driven insights, scenario modelling, and recommendations that guide strategic decisions and growth plans. Own sales forecasting, pipeline health, and quota tracking to ensure predictable performance across GTM teams. Support long‑term revenue strategy and investment planning through structured analysis. Build and maintain dashboards giving leadership visibility into the revenue engine — pipeline, ARR, churn, expansion, and partner performance. Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting, ensuring CRM data aligns with financial reporting. Translate data into actionable insights for GTM teams. Design and optimise revenue processes across the full customer and partner lifecycle (lead → close → renewal). Coordinate product launches, marketing campaigns, and GTM experiments to ensure cross‑functional alignment. Act as the central point of coordination for tools, data, and reporting. Manage and optimise HubSpot pipelines, lead routing, lifecycle stages, scoring, and automation. Integrate and maintain tech stack components (e.g., billing systems, customer portals, marketing tools). Maintain sales content repositories and ensure data integrity across systems. Who You Are 2–3+ years of experience in a highly analytical role, ideally within B2B SaaS, management consulting, or a fast‑growing business. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, able to break down complex challenges and use data to drive decisions. Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) is a strong advantage. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders; experience guiding or mentoring others. Excellent project management skills, managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset; ownership, opportunity identification, and impact without close direction. Intellectually curious, eager to learn about all aspects of the business, with a strategic mindset and collaborative spirit. Experience in Revenue Operations (sales operations, enablement, forecasting, etc.), HubSpot, and related sales tools and/or B2B SaaS is highly desirable.
