Job Overview We are seeking a Manager Corporate Services for Maddington Primary School (PS). The role supports the Principal and the human resources (HR) management of non‑teaching staff, business operations, financial processes and operational continuity. Applicants should bring strategic acumen, collaborative skills, customer service experience and a commitment to inclusive education. Responsibilities Support HR management of non‑teaching staff and oversee operational continuity. Collaborate with the Principal and leadership team to drive strategic direction through scenario development, resource budget monitoring and risk contingency planning. Maintain the site and oversee operational continuity and good order. Act as a conduit between the school, community and outside agencies, supporting home‑school communication processes. Qualifications Proven customer service experience working with a diverse clientele, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families, families with trauma backgrounds and families supporting children with disabilities. Ability to liaise effectively with volunteers and outside agencies. Strategic, efficient, compassionate, personable and proactive. Demonstrated ability to provide advice into the development, implementation and monitoring of business and marketing plans.
