Council of the City of Sydney, Österreich Enscope Vollzeit

Axcentium is growing — and we’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, and people-focused Corporate Services Manager to join our Sydney team, based in beautiful Coogee . This is a rare opportunity to step into a broad, hands‑on role supporting a specialist consultancy delivering asset management, engineering, infrastructure design, project approvals, environmental and regulatory licensing, and complex infrastructure management. You’ll work closely with our Executive Team to keep the business running smoothly day‑to‑day, while owning key corporate services functions across operations, systems, office management, internal communications, and business support. About the Role As the Corporate Services Manager, you’ll be the central connector across the business — ensuring our people, processes, and systems operate seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include: Executive & Operational Support Providing high‑level support to the Executive Team across diary, travel, email management, meeting coordination and document preparation. Maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgement across all activities. Corporate Services & Business Operations Managing Axcentium’s SharePoint, intranet, website content, social media coordination, and brand/style guide application. Supporting operational planning, internal communications, quality processes, and compliance. Develop and maintain templates, registers, and standard operating procedures. Act as the central point of contact for all corporate services activities. Support business planning, operational processes, and company‑wide communications. Assist with quality management processes, maintaining accurate documentation and version control. Office Management Overseeing the daily running of the Coogee office, including vendor management, facilities, equipment, and supplies. Coordinating onboarding, offboarding, and staff support. Project & Team Coordination Assisting in scheduling, document control, reporting, and preparation of proposals and tender submissions. Helping track project milestones, approvals, and deliverables. Finance, Compliance & Group Collaboration Supporting invoicing, expenses, POs, reconciliations, and budget tracking. Working closely with QSA Group functions including Finance, Legal, Corporate Governance, IFS implementation, and the Modern Slavery Committee. Ensuring Axcentium meets group reporting and compliance obligations. Culture & Engagement Supporting internal events, communications, and staff engagement initiatives. Championing a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team environment. About You We’re looking for someone who thrives in a varied role, takes initiative, and enjoys being at the heart of a business. You will bring: At least 8+ years in a seminar role. Experience in Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Operations Coordinator, or Corporate Services roles. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder engagement skills. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (especially SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel). A proactive mindset, high attention to detail, and confidence working with senior leaders. Experience in the engineering or professional services is desirable. Supporting a Diverse Workforce The Axcentium team is proud to support a diverse workforce. We are committed to an inclusive environment where people feel comfortable to be themselves. We support everyone’s background, culture, race, gender, nationality, ethnic origin, religion, age, sexual orientation, and all things that makes us different. The Axcentium team acknowledges the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the lands on which we work and pay our respects to Indigenous Elders past, present and emerging.
