Production Manager – Live Events (Production) Corporate Technology Services (CTS) is a multi-award-winning audio‑visual solutions provider that delivers end‑to‑end AV services for corporate clients across Australia. With over 20 years of experience, CTS creates immersive experiences that connect people and ideas. We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Production Manager to lead our Live Events (Production) team, a talented group of eight AV professionals delivering high‑end corporate events across Australia. As a hands‑on leader, you’ll drive operational excellence, foster strong client relationships and uphold the highest standards of safety and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and develop the Production team to deliver exceptional AV event experiences, mentoring domain specialists. Coordinate and oversee live and video production events, ensuring resources and logistics align with client briefs. Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders. Manage vendor relationships, including dry and cross hires and oversee day‑to‑day quoting of client requests. Oversee event preparation—technical drawings, rosters, scheduling, and on‑site execution. Ensure that briefs, reports and other documentation are completed to a high standard across the annual client events calendar. Ensure compliance with WHS standards and company safety procedures. Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and reporting on equipment, staffing and maintenance, including investment in equipment and skills for the team to expand their ability to deliver a premium service. Collaborate with department leaders and the senior management team to identify opportunities for growth, innovation and continuous improvement. 7 office days per fortnight, with flexibility to work from home and occasional travel to client sites (local, regional and interstate). About You You’re a confident communicator, strong organiser and natural leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment. Skills & Experience Proven experience managing AV production teams in corporate or live‑event environments. Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal teams. Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with keen attention to detail. A proactive, solutions‑focused and commercial mindset. Solid knowledge of audio, vision and lighting systems; experience in broadcasting, webcasting or networked AV solutions is a plus. TAFE or tertiary qualification in AV or related discipline.
