With a major $40M+ multi-residential project scheduled to commence in early 2026 , we are seeking a highly experienced Site Manager with a proven track record delivering high-rise residential projects of 7+ storeys . The Opportunity This senior site-based leadership role is responsible for driving day-to-day construction activities, ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality . You will oversee all on-site operations, lead subcontractor teams, and collaborate closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team to maintain program, cost, quality, and compliance objectives. This is a rare opportunity to join a reputable builder–developer at the front end of a flagship project and play a pivotal role in its successful delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead all site operations to ensure safe, compliant, and productive delivery. Drive implementation of the construction program, maintaining accurate weekly progress reporting. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site labour to meet program milestones. Ensure strict adherence to WHS, environmental, and quality standards. Oversee site establishment, logistics planning, and daily workflow coordination. Conduct site inspections, monitor workmanship, and ensure compliance with codes and specifications. Identify and resolve site issues promptly in collaboration with the Project Manager and design team. Build strong working relationships with consultants, authorities, subcontractors, and client stakeholders. Mentor and develop site personnel, fostering high performance and accountability. What We’re Looking For To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate: Minimum 6+ years’ experience as a Site Manager within the commercial or multi-residential sector. Proven delivery of high-rise projects (7+ floors) valued at $40M+ , ideally within the Perth market. Strong understanding of construction programs, sequencing, and on-site coordination. Comprehensive knowledge of Australian building codes, WHS legislation, and industry best practice. Ability to interpret drawings, identify buildability issues, and collaborate on design resolutions. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Exceptional organisational capability with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
