About the Role As an Online Fulfilment / Warehouse Assistant, you will be an integral part of our operations team, responsible for ensuring that every order is processed accurately and on time. You will work closely with other departments to maintain stock integrity and provide excellent customer service for collections and returns. This is a hands‑on role that requires attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Order Fulfilment: Pick, pack, and dispatch e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently. Stock Management: Receive and put away incoming replenishment stock orders. Inventory Control: Assist with regular stocktakes and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy. Returns Processing: Handle returns and exchanges promptly and professionally. Shipping & Collections: Prepare and ship orders, and assist customers with in‑person collections. Internal Communication: Liaise with internal departments to resolve order or stock‑related queries. Customer Service: Provide support for customer collections and ensure a positive experience. About You Previous experience in a warehouse or e‑commerce fulfilment environment is desirable. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced setting. Good communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude. Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.
