Flick Anticimex Kilburn is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the performance of our Pest Control divisions. This role is pivotal in ensuring technicians are supported, workloads are balanced, and operational processes are continuously improved. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations across Commercial and Residential Pest divisions. Drive revenue growth and improve gross profit margins. Manage technician capacity and maximise utilisation via daily run rates. Lead and mentor the service team, supporting supervisors, technicians, and the Branch Manager. Maintain oversight of the technician schedule board and ensure efficient job allocation. Support the scheduling and Customer Care teams with operational guidance and training. Assist with onboarding, coaching, and development of new and existing staff. Manage stock purchasing and inventory across both divisions. Control overtime through daily management of payroll portals. Collaborate with the sales team on quoting and job fulfilment. Engage in stakeholder meetings with national clients. Liaise with National Sales and Fulfilment teams to coordinate work orders. Position Requirements Proven experience as an operations Manager or Branch Manager. Demonstrated success in team building and business development. Strong organisational and time-management skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational systems. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
