About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager‑Night to lead our warehouse and transport operations DC in Wingfield, Adelaide. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll manage day‑to‑day activities, drive operational excellence, and ensure compliance with HACCP and OH&S standards. In this Role Ensure all daily orders are picked accurately and on time. Oversee loading of orders onto trucks and ensure timely dispatch. Work closely with the team to maintain smooth workflow across shifts. Hands‑on support when required, including assisting with picking and loading trucks. Oversee warehouse and transport operations to achieve DIFOT targets. Lead and mentor a team of transport staff, and storeworkers. Manage budgets, operational costs, and identify improvement opportunities. Ensure compliance with HACCP and OH&S regulations. Monitor inventory accuracy, stock rotation, and temperature controls. Driving a positive internal culture of high performance Review, implement, and monitor continuous improvements across all areas of the operations. Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM, with additional overtime as required based on operational needs You’re Likely a Match If Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within food services, FMCG, or related industry. Strong leadership and people management skills. Knowledge of HACCP and OH&S compliance. Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills. MR/HR license is highly regarded.
