Graduate IT Engineer role at Blue Connections offers hands‑on hardware services experience in a collaborative, award‑winning tech environment. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Manage service tickets with clear documentation and timely updates Collaborate across Sales, Technical, Warehouse, and Project teams Escalate issues and contribute to process improvements Represent Blue Connections professionally onsite and offsite Follow safety protocols and company policies Repairs Engineer: Troubleshoot device hardware issues, use tools, and provide customer service Decommission Engineer: Perform manual IT hardware tasks, warehousing duties, and travel across VIC with a full driver’s license Builds Engineer: Configure IT hardware and software setups About You What you’ll need: Recent graduate with a Degree or Cert IV in IT Passion for technology and solving real‑world problems Strong communication and customer service mindset Basic understanding of desktop support, networking, and troubleshooting Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute Ability to work 5 days a week at Scoresby office and/or onsite at customer locations across VIC as needed Compensation & Benefits Flexible hybrid work model (where applicable) Career development and certification support Inclusive, innovative, and people‑first culture Collaboration with Tier 1 partners: Microsoft, Cisco, HP, Fortinet Recognition including Lenovo 360 Circle ‘Outstanding AP Partner’, HP Amplify Impact 5‑Star Partner (Australia), and Dell Technologies APJC Sustainability & ESG Partner of the Year Training & Development Support for career development and certifications Career Progression Pathways into Service Desk roles and beyond within Blue Connections How to Apply Your application will include the following questions: What’s your expected annual base salary?
