Company Accountant End to end senior accounting and team leadership Growing business to lead the financials for decision making Build the financial operations your way The Company Established healthcare services company close to Fiona Stanley Hospital, Murdoch. Short Summary Qualified accountant needed to lead the development of the end‑to‑end accounting function for SME healthcare services company. The Role Established small team of accounts clerks require support and leadership to drive financial data flow into financial statements and reporting. This position will suit a qualified accountant that has led the financial reporting function and now wants to manage and lead the accounting function in a fast growing services company. The core areas of work include: Processing of weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll Month end reporting of financials for compliance and regulatory reporting Management pack creation FP&A management reporting into business decision support, financial modelling and finance business partnering – use the numbers to make sound decisions. Oversight and review of billing/AR function and team Delivery of AP/Payroll with automation wherever deemed to be smart Systems, process, automation, policies all require your experience to create and develop Patience, calm and can do attitude Management and leadership of the transactional accounting team of 3 Prior knowledge of healthcare services, NDIS, private healthcare rebates and gap billing will be highly regarded. This is a hands‑on financial management role for a self‑starter, self‑directing experienced accountant looking to partner with the MD of the business as the finance lead. There will be entry level aspects of the finance function that require your attention and evaluation for improvement and a large number of financial tasks to be built to take the company on an aggressive growth path in the coming 3 years. The successful candidate for this appointment will have boundless energy, a cool calm and collected style, a solid credential in financial competency and results orientated mindset.
