Job Description We are seeking a capable and detail-oriented Company Accountant / Accounting Manager for one of our clients. This position suits an experienced accounting professional who can independently manage daily financial operations and reporting, while providing insights to support business growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations. Prepare BAS, GST, PAYG, Superannuation, and other tax compliance reports. Oversee payroll and ensure compliance with Australian standards. Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Prepare monthly and annual financial reports. Use accounting software and ERP systems effectively (MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar). Provide management with financial analysis and practical improvement suggestions. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (both in-house and public accounting firm backgrounds welcome). Solid understanding of Australian accounting and taxation standards. Proficient in MYOB / Xero / QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table). CPA qualification preferred but not essential. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Mandarin is preferred. Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Female candidates preferred due to existing team structure.
