What You’ll Do Be the first impression – greet members and visitors with warmth and professionalism. Solve and support – handle enquiries, process memberships and bookings, and make every interaction seamless. Keep things running smoothly – assist with transactions, cash management, and essential admin tasks. Bring the vibe – ensure our community feels valued, supported, and excited to return. What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment Previous customer service experience (preferred but not essential) Flexibility to work evenings and weekends Why WSAC?
