Data Centre Security Officer | Level 4 | Full Time EGroup Protective Services Group Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and experienced Data Centre Security Officer to join our team in Brisbane. This role provides security services to our valued client at a premium location and as a Data Centre Security Officer you will play a vital role in protecting the safety and assets of our customers. What you'll be doing Provide a visible security presence to deter and prevent criminal activity Monitor surveillance systems and respond to any security incidents or alarms Respond and communicate in a professional manner Conduct random patrols and respond to security incidents and breaches and alarm activations Assist customers and clients as required, ensuring a positive experience Maintain detailed records and logs of security-related activities Respond to and report on any security breaches or emergencies Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols What we're looking for Minimum of 2+ years'experience in a similar role NV1 clearance (Must be Able to Obtain) Emergency Management/Response Experience Knowledge of Fire Control Panels, Access Control and CCTV systems An understanding of WH&S and the ability to identify & manage risks Ability to work in a team environment Vigilance, proactive and situational awareness Intermediate level with Microsoft suite of products including outlook, word and excel desirable Ability to be able to communicate with multiple stakeholders across various backgrounds What we offer At EGroup Protective Services Group, we value our employees and are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
