Marketing Data Analyst

We are looking for Mid - Senior Marketing Analytics Analysts to work in one of Australia's most advanced data environments. This position offers significant exposure to production and proof-of-concept (POC) big data environments, advanced analytics, and ML/AI personalization products, utilizing the latest cutting-edge tools. The Role: As a Mid - Senior Customer Data Analyst, you will focus on deep-dive analysis to understand customer retention and engagement. Key responsibilities include: Leading the strategy, design, and testing of analytics implementations. Transforming analytical output into actionable insights. Building client materials and engaging stakeholders from scoping through to delivery. Providing insights for personalization engines and products. Ensuring quality control and oversight of reporting outputs. Skills Required: Experience in a large, complex customer analytics environment (exposure to customer marketing data is essential). Knowledge of statistical modeling tools and techniques (e.g., segmentation, propensity models). Experience with A/B testing and control groups. Advanced SQL for extracting, querying, and relational databases (Teradata preferred, other data warehouses considered). Tertiary degree in Mathematics, Marketing, Statistics, Computing, or a related analytical field. Strong influencing skills with the ability to effectively liaise at all levels of the business. Highly Regarded Skills: Python. Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
