The Chief Radiographer will lead a small team (2–3 staff initially) and shape the clinic’s future from day one. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of radiographers in a supportive, fast‑growing environment. Oversee daily operations of the radiology department, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety. Collaborate with the Operations Manager and multidisciplinary teams to implement best practices and drive service excellence.
