This role is integral to our project delivery and provides the opportunity to work on iconic and high‑profile projects with one of Australia’s most respected builders. About the Role In this role, you will play a vital role in delivering high‑quality joinery solutions on a variety of local projects, ensuring exceptional outcomes for our Tasmanian clients. Conduct accurate site measurements and ensure joinery readiness. Plan and coordinate delivery schedules aligned with construction timelines. Attend subcontractor meetings to support effective communication and coordination. Collaborate closely with the Joinery Project Manager to ensure alignment with project schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards. Depending on project volume, assist with hands‑on joinery installation where required. About You Commercial joinery experience – typically 5+ years. Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, committed approach and high attention to detail. Passion for delivering quality craftsmanship and outstanding service.
