We work with top architects, builders, and designers on landmark residential and commercial projects. Our beautiful Kalamunda showroom is the perfect stage to showcase our craftsmanship. Role This is a dream creative role for someone who wants to own the day-to-day marketing and social media for a premium Australian joinery brand – while also being the welcoming face of our Perth Hills showroom and providing PA support to the General Manager. This is a hybrid role with enjoyable variety 50% Marketing & Social Media ownership 30% Premium showroom front-of-house & reception 20% PA / admin support to the GM Responsibilities Creating and scheduling engaging social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest) – graphics, reels, stories, project highlights Using AI tools to help draft captions, shape content ideas, repurpose projects into posts, and improve workflow efficiency (training and guidance provided) Writing captions and replying to comments/DMs in the Cedar West voice Designing simple Canva graphics and updating basic website content Sending customer newsletters and EDMs Shooting/ arranging photos and videos of stunning completed projects, factory work, and showroom displays Greeting architects, builders, and high-end clients with warmth and professionalism Managing phones, emails, bookings, and keeping the showroom immaculate Providing proactive PA support to the GM (calendar, travel, expenses, correspondence) Helping to organise client events and trade displays General light office support (stationery, suppliers, etc.) About You Immaculate personal presentation – you're proud to represent a luxury brand every day Warm, confident, and love delivering a 5‑star client experience Great eye for aesthetics and photography Comfortable with Canva and social media scheduling tools (training provided) Curious about modern marketing tools, including responsible use of AI for content drafting, ideation, and efficiency Experience with HubSpot is a plus Super organised and happy juggling creative and admin tasks Proficient in Microsoft Office; any Adobe or video editing skills a bonus Positive, can‑do attitude and excited to grow with a premium brand Entry level marketing and social media experience welcomed with training provided Must have legal right to work in Australia No joinery or building industry experience required – relevant product training provided We Offer Competitive salary package (based on experience) Working days per week negotiable based on business needs and candidate preference Great showroom environment in the Perth Hills Supportive team and full training If you're creative, love people, and want to work with beautiful timber products every day, we'd love to meet you Apply now With your resume and a short note telling us why this role excites you.
