Start Date : January 2026 About the role We’re looking for a creative, strategic and hands‑on Senior Social Media Manager & Marketing Coordinator to lead our digital presence across Cannoleria, UGO and the wider La Festa Group. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes trends, storytelling and brand building. You will own the day‑to‑day social media execution while helping shape and deliver marketing campaigns that connect with our audience and drive growth. Working closely with the Head of Operations and wider team, you’ll be the go‑to marketing force who ensures our brand is not just seen – but remembered. What you’ll be doing Lead and manage all social media channels (Instagram, TikTok & emerging platforms) Plan, create and schedule engaging content across campaigns and key trading periods Maintain and execute a quarterly marketing and content calendar Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals and seasonal dates Create platform‑specific content including copy, reels, photography and stories Work alongside events, production and operations teams to promote live events and activations Build relationships with content creators and influencers Monitor engagement, performance and trends, providing weekly reporting and insights Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints Support campaign rollout across social, EDM and web channels Be hands‑on with live event coverage and on‑site content creation when required What we’re looking for 3+ years experience in social media, marketing or communications Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills Proven ability to manage content calendars and campaign timelines Creative thinker with a sharp eye for aesthetics and brand tone Highly organised, adaptable and deadline‑driven Experience within hospitality, food, retail or lifestyle brands highly regarded Confidence using tools such as Canva, Meta Suite, Mailchimp and Google Analytics Ability to think fast, stay culturally relevant and bring fresh ideas Valid driver’s licence and willingness to attend stores and events Why join La Festa Group?
