We're partnering with a well-established aged care provider to find a compassionate and skilled OT to join their Albany-based Home Care team. About the role In this role, you'll work directly with clients in their homes and the local community, providing tailored occupational therapy interventions. Your work will include: Conducting cognitive assessments (MOCA, HDS-R, MMSE) Prescribing seating and equipment solutions to improve daily living Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support client goals Promoting engagement in meaningful activities to enhance independence and social participation Whether you're looking for part‑time flexibility or a full‑time role, this position is designed to fit your lifestyle while making a real impact in the lives of older adults.
