Due to promotion our client is seeking to backfill. They need a Technical Business Analyst with essential TechnologyOne experience to join their team full-time. Reporting to the Head of Digital Transformation, you will be working in a friendly team with flexible hybrid work arrangements. This role involves working with business stakeholders to prioritise optimisation across the suite of OneCouncil modules, supporting all stages of implementation, including design, development, and delivery. The role also includes collaborating with Application Support Leads / Analysts and Consultants to ensure solutions meet the requirements and expectations of the Product Owner and Business. This is a technical BA role, and you will be working 60% of your time with technology. To apply for this opportunity, you will need the following essential skills and experience: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with a highly developed ability to apply discipline in the search for solutions to new problems and opportunities in existing applications. Strong business knowledge of OneCouncil Core Modules, and underlying processes, including BPAs, DocOnes, ETLs, TScripts. (essential) Strong knowledge of reporting modules, IT Service Management, enterprise council applications and mobile applications. Developed skills in application management, analytical and investigative skills to enable the formulation of solution options from within a broad Council-wide ICT architecture and framework. Experience as a Business Analyst or a Consultant. Note: due to the nature of the position, only candidates with OneCouncil TechOne experience will be considered.
