Day in the life of a Customer Service Representative Be a Customer Champion: you’ll be the friendly voice and helpful hand for our older Australians, their families & carers – assisting them in accessing different types of care packages & services available, making a meaningful difference. We provide all the training you need to succeed The must‑haves Full work rights to work within Australia for 12 months. A National Police clearance satisfies required standards. Availability to work 5 shifts, 30 hours per week on rotating shifts Monday‑Friday between 7:00 am to 10:00 pm; & Saturday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm and the ability to work the first 6 weeks full‑time to support you while you get comfortable in the role.
