Lead Data Architect - Microsoft Fabric Join NOVON and shape modern data architectures that transform how organisations leverage their data. As a senior data professional, you’ll work directly with customers, lead and mentor consulting teams, and drive strategic data initiatives built on Microsoft Fabric and the wider Microsoft data ecosystem. About the role You’ll be assigned to customer projects that focus on Data Architecture, Microsoft Fabric Enablement, Data Governance, Data Science/Analytics, Data Migration, and Data Integration. Your value grows as you immerse yourself in a wide range of projects and data platforms. Mandate Support and lead our customer’s data teams in delivering projects and tasks assigned to you. Architect end‑to‑end Microsoft Fabric solutions and clarify/confirm requirements. Meet stakeholder expectations and provide technical leadership. Requirements Design, architect and implement enterprise data solutions using Microsoft Fabric. Lead and mentor data engineers and consultants in best‑practice architecture. Collaborate with stakeholders to define strategy, roadmaps and designs. Ensure data models and pipelines meet governance, security and performance standards. Integrate Microsoft Fabric with Power BI, Azure Synapse, Data Lake and related services. Technology/Tooling Microsoft Fabric Azure Synapse / Data Lake / Data Factory Power BI and governance frameworks SQL, Python, Databricks (desirable) API and integration tools About YOU Ideally you have 8–12 years commercial experience across data architecture and engineering, with 2–3 years of leading teams or projects. You’re passionate about Microsoft’s modern data stack and eager to drive adoption of Microsoft Fabric for large enterprise clients. Attitude, communication and leadership are key.
