Finance & Insurance Manager - Automotive Di Placido Group is a group of Automotive and Motorcycle retail businesses selling on-road and off-road vehicles. Beginning as a solely pre-owned vehicle dealership, the group has expanded to include multiple new vehicle brands, new motorcycles and off-road vehicles. Our brands include RAM Trucks, Renault, LDV, Ssangyong KGM, Pre-Owned Vehicles, Indian Motorcycles, Royal Enfield, Polaris & Segway. We are committed to helping customers find the right vehicle to suit their needs whether on or off the road. After a period of expansion we now require a skilled, customer-centric, hungry to earn finance & insurance manager to join our team servicing 90 – 110 clients per month across 3 sites. If you have a drive to earn, have the ability to keep sales people accountable & aren’t scared of a challenge then this is the opportunity for you to showcase your skills as a finance professional in an expanding business. Skills, Experience and Qualifications required Proven experience in a finance and insurance role in the Automotive Industry Have a track record of successfully working in a dealership role Ability to service and nurture captive clients from application to settlement A positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude Commitment to providing exceptional customer service A desire to achieve internal sales targets and industry benchmarks Provide direction, motivation, and support to the sales team.
