About the Role We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Finance & Insurance Business Manager to join the team based at Warwick Farm . In this crucial role, you’ll drive sales growth and play a key part in our team’s success. Your focus will be on identifying opportunities, showcasing strong attention to detail, and gathering information effectively to boost sales. Key Responsibilities Achieving set sales targets including managing all F&I sales and transactions Driving the performance of all finance & insurance products available to you through our Financial Services, and other Finance Partners Maintaining relationships with new and existing customers Maintaining relationships with Finance agents and insurers Provide the best customer experience possible. To Succeed in the Role, You Need: 1-2 years' experience as a Business Manager in a fast-paced retail automotive environment. Strong teamwork skills and a natural sales ability to help customers realize their vehicle ownership and protection dreams. Comprehensive understanding of the sales process within a dealership environment. Essential experience in a similar business management role, preferably in an automotive, truck, or motorcycle dealership.
