We are seeking a candidate with a solid background in digital analytics and tagging, particularly Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Your role involves delivering comprehensive analytics solutions from inception to completion. With exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, you'll collaborate with a diverse team and work with clients including Volkswagen Group, and McDonalds. This role offers abundant learning/training opportunities, including direct collaboration with Google. Key Responsibilities Guide clients through the entire service process as an expert. (Consulting, Implementation, QA, Support, Workshops/trainings, Analysis etc.) Lead the client communication and ensuring that they can always contact us with their technical and business questions/ issues. Supporting digital analytics solutions across strategy, design and technical implementation. Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, and other visualization tools for (KPIs) Engaging in internal taskforces for optimising the TRKKN services What you'll need: Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role (client or agency). Experience managing small to mid tier projects autonomously Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
