About the role As a Conversion and Analytics Specialist at Honda, you will support the efforts to enhance our online customer experience through continuous A/B testing experimentation and optimisation. This includes analysing user behaviour, identifying opportunities for improvement, and contributing to the company’s personalised digital strategy. The role is central to driving customer engagement and supporting business growth through data-informed decisions and targeted enhancements. This role will also lead the development of actionable insights and strategic recommendations that align with broader business objectives. Applying a design thinking approach, they will explore user needs, challenge assumptions, and deliver innovative solutions with a creative flare. How you'll make an impact Assist in designing and executing MarTech personalisation strategies Develop and monitor CRO initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve website performance and conversion rates Execute and analyse A/B and multivariate testing to optimise landing pages and key content Leverage analytics tools to uncover user behaviour insights and report on performance through dashboards Manage personalisation platforms like Marketing Cloud Personalisation to support targeted optimisations Support personalisation strategies across digital channels to enhance user engagement and conversion Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align digital efforts with broader business objectives and manage supplier relationships What you'll bring to Honda 5+ years of experience as a conversion, UX, Optimisation and/or Analytics Specialist Tertiary qualifications in Digital, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science, or related field of study Demonstrated experience using Google Analytics, Google Analytics 360, SimilarWeb, Hotjar, Optimizely Conversion Rate Optimisation tool, Fullstory Digital Experience Intelligence (DXI) platform etc Familiarity with data visualisation tools i.e., Tableau, MicroStrategy, etc Proven experience in data analysis and with digital analytics tools Familiarity with Confluence and Jira and a strong proficiency in Office 365 will be highly appreciated The Honda Experience Attractive lease programs – vehicles & motorcycles Product discounts – vehicles, motorcycles, power equipment, accessories & merchandise Free loan program for lawn and garden equipment (Victorian Associates) Flexible Work Arrangements Exciting Engagement Activities – Associates Day, end of year activities & divisional offsites Employee Assistance Program for associates & immediate family members Cultural Flex Days – substitute two public holidays Access to professional development courses Free parking Why join Honda Australia?
