E&I Project Coordinator Office Based Roles Perth, Western Australia Permanent Full Time Aug 5, 2025 Linkforce is a leading integrated maintenance, engineering, and project services delivery business. Founded in 2007, Linkforce started with a small crew of shutdown specialists and a single utility operating in the Pilbara. Our group has now grown to an operational workforce of over 3,000 personnel with an extensive fleet of modern vehicles and equipment that operate nationwide. Our projects business unit is proven in multi-disciplinary project delivery, with capabilities for delivering Brownfields and Greenfield CAPEX or OPEX work packages. We have a proven track record of successfully completing a high volume of project packages for our Blue Chip mining client base. From design through to completion and handover, we are able to supply, maintain and manage all aspects of project works including remedial works, capital works, and expansion projects. THE ROLE Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking an E&I Project Coordinator to join our team in a hybrid role working from our Perth CBD Head Office as well as on-site. As an E&I Project Coordinator, you will lead a team of trade and non-trade personnel to achieve key project deliverables, with responsibilities including: Supporting HSE best practices and leading by example Conducting risk assessments prior to mobilisation and ensuring controls, tools, and resources are available Tracking project progress against schedule and budgets Reviewing site quality documentation and compiling close-out documentation for clients Monitoring procurement to ensure work crews have necessary plant, equipment, and materials from the start Capturing variations and claims Guiding and mentoring project leadership in technical and construction practices to enhance productivity Estimating and managing minor projects or packages of E&I scope on major projects ABOUT YOU The successful candidate will demonstrate: Relevant Trade or Engineering qualification Minimum 5 years’ experience in management, coordination, or senior supervisory roles Strong technical knowledge of fixed plant mining and industrial construction projects Experience with CMS (Contract Management System) documentation for on-site personnel and equipment Experience in multidisciplinary projects (Civil, SMP, and E&I) Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects end-to-end Flexibility to work away as required A current Australian Driver’s Licence IN RETURN You will join an experienced team that will support your onboarding and career development at Linkforce.
