Monadelphous is seeking E&I QA/QC Supervisors for a major Oil and Gas construction project in Karratha. This position offers 12+months longevity with plenty of opportunity for ongoing work across other projects thereafter. These opportunities will see you working a 2:1 roster with very attractive salary packages available; including a generous site uplift and project completion bonus. As an E&I QA/QC Supervisor, you will bring you will bring expert leadership, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to quality, ensuring every project meets the highest standards in safety, compliance, and performance.Working with Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include:* Attractive site uplift and Project Completion Bonus* Gain experience working on high profile projects with tier 1 clients.* High potential to work on similar projects thereafter - we want to keep top talent in the business and prioritise redeployments.Key Responsibilities:* Monitor and Inspect field compliance both internally and with the Client* Coordinate EEHA inspections with the Client Inspectors* Reviewing Inspection Check Sheets (ITR’s) compliance for CMS* Plan and coordinate ITRs for field activities with E&I Supervision* Uploaded ITR’s into client CMS* Develop tracking tools for system handovers against the cable schedule and handover datesWhat you’ll bring:* Previous experience in a similar E&I Quality Inspector position within the Oil and Gas sector* Current WA Electrical Worker’s License* Hazardous Areas qualification* Sound working knowledge of Australian and international standards and codes* Highly competent ability in computer skills including MS Word and MS Excel* A strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment* An innovative approach to problem solving, continuous improvement and successful delivery methodsLife at MonadelphousThere’s lots to get involved in, celebratory or cultural events and so much more.
