We need superstar Support Workers for our Community Access division supporting clients across the Hunter Region. Responsibilities Be a Social Butterfly – help clients spread their wings and connect with their community. Teach & Learn – support clients as they level up their life skills (bonus: you might learn a few too). Drive the Fun – take clients to programs and activities in Sunnyfield’s vans. Keep It Snappy – write progress notes that are clear, concise, and fabulous. Be the Team MVP – collaborate with families and adapt to behaviour support strategies like a champ. What You Bring to the Party A heart three sizes too big (not medically, just metaphorically). Experience in the disability sector is super important. You’ve worked with clients who show behaviours of concern – knowing how to support them is key. Willingness to assist with personal care when needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
