We’re looking for enthusiastic, professional and flexible individuals to be part of the team delivering the iconic Melbourne Cup Carnival at Flemington Place. We're Hiring The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms. Why You’ll Love This Role Design eye-catching creative assets for campaigns, events, social media, video, and more. Collaborate across teams to support marketing goals with high-quality visuals. Bring ideas to life from concept through to final artwork for print and digital use. Maintain brand consistency and support the evolution of our visual identity. Deliver fast-turnaround graphics for live events, activations, and broadcast coverage. Stay ahead of trends and contribute fresh creative thinking to every brief. What you’ll bring 3–5 years’ experience in a graphic design role (in-house or agency). A killer portfolio showcasing a variety of work across digital and print. Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Great time management and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once, and experience using Monday.com a plus. Experience with Figma or Sketch; HTML/CSS or motion design is a plus. Excellent layout, typography, and storytelling instincts. Great time management and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
