Able to work independently and as part of a team. Experience supporting people with disabilities, especially in service delivery highly desirable. Strong verbal and written communication; knows when to escalat e issues. Practical problem-solving skills for maintenance and site tasks. White Card and basic WHS knowledge. Valid driver’s licence, minimum P2. Hold or be willing to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check. Hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check.
