EBR Physio is looking for a part‑time Receptionist to join our team. We are a friendly physiotherapy practice with a lovely client base. Excellent communication and great customer service skills a must. May suit tertiary student. Successful applicant will have: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills Ability to work with others and autonomously Ability to support team of 5 physios Ability to prioritise and multi‑task Ability to develop and learn new skills quickly Friendly and approachable attitude Reliability Responsibilities include: Greeting clients Appointment Diary Management for 5 physios Answering enquiries via phone, email and in person. Processing patient invoices with PMS (Practice Management Software) for HICAPS, billing Medicare, DVA, WorkCover and TAC. Assisting with a variety of admin tasks Ensuring the overall appearance of the practice is well maintained Work Hours Part‑time role (job‑share with 2 others) 10‑15 hours spread over 2‑3 days Availability to cover sick and annual leave If you would like to be part of our team please send your cover letter including your availability and resume via Seek.
