About the role We are currently seeking a motivated Intermediate Facade Design Engineer looking for exciting and challenging projects with a drive to further progress their career. This is a great role for someone with experience working in Facade Design who is looking for an opportunity to get mentored by the best and get exposure to a variety of projects to grow their portfolio. This is a great opportunity to work in a forward‑thinking company developing innovative ideas and working on some of the most prestigious structures and Tier 1 investment firms in Australia. The role reports to the Façades Team Leader and will work across a wide range of projects in the commercial, retail, public and strata sectors. The key responsibilities for this role include: Engineering, design review and design certification of façade systems Preparing technical reports, technical specifications and contract documentation Client interface, relationship building and business growth initiatives Does this Sound Like You? 3+ years’ experience in Facade design Able to undertake facade design, both new and remedial Able to work autonomously and show initiative with little oversight from senior management. Interact with clients and build relationships Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management skills essential to handle multiple projects simultaneously Why Us?
