Direct message the job poster from Aquent Australia My client is bringing in-house a Motion Designer/Video Editor. They need help to produce engaging, performance-focused social media content. Working for a company that sees themselves as a challenger brand that embraces humour, energy, and bold ideas. This is a fast‑paced, results‑driven role: they will be turning around short‑form videos, testing hooks, adding VO supers, and experimenting with AI‑generated assets to create scroll‑stopping Meta ads. Key Responsibilities Execute quick‑turnaround motion graphics and video edits based on briefs from the Creative Director/Brand team and working very closely with the Production Lead and Producer. Develop short‑form content, including 3‑second hook tests and VO supers. Use AI tools and prompts to generate or enhance visual assets. Collaborate with the Creative Director and producer to maintain the brand’s voice, energy, and humour. Ability to script, create and edit would be preferable. Deliver high‑quality reels and examples to demonstrate the right style and energy. Contribute to ongoing content creation and performance‑optimising Meta Ads. Skills & Experience Strong motion graphics and video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop). Experience creating content for social/digital ads, particularly Meta Ads. Ability to work with AI‑generated assets and prompts to accelerate production. Quick turnaround capability – able to take a brief and deliver multiple iterations rapidly. Excellent sense of pacing, humour and brand tone. Experience with subscription‑based creative assets (e.g. stock libraries). Comfortable working with collaborative remote workflows e.g. Frame, Slack or AirTable.
