This is your chance to step into a fulfilling leadership role where no two days are the same and your work makes a difference in the lives of 50100 children including those with additional needs. As the OSHC Coordinator you’ll be the heart of the program designing meaningful experiences leading a passionate team and creating a positive nurturing space where every child feels seen safe and supported. Responsibilities Design and lead a tailored OSHC program that reflects childrens interests and needs especially those requiring additional support. Build strong positive relationships with children families schools and the wider community. Support childrens emotional social and behavioural development fostering confidence and independence. Lead and inspire your team to deliver high-quality fun and inclusive sessions every day. Maintain accurate records while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism. Connect with local networks and services to strengthen community impact and support systems. The hourly rate for the position is $37 (ACECQA approved Diploma or equivalent) and $41 p / hour (ACECQA Approved Degree or equivalent) ECEC retention payment 12% super. All Coordinators must be at a minimum Diploma-level qualified.
