TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. Job Description This permanent, full‑time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role. Service Location: Cranbourne East VIC 3977 – Casey Grammar is a smaller program with strong potential to grow. Pack up and pack down service. Work Schedule: Split shifts, Monday to Friday – 6:30 am to 8:45 am, 2:10 pm to 6:30 pm, plus 5 hours admin. The Role – Be the Leader Who Makes a Lasting Impact What is a Director of Service? As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, build strong relationships with the school and community, and manage your service. Foster genuine relationships with children and their families. Lead and roster a passionate team of educators. Manage service compliance and medical documentation. The Successful Candidate Natural leader with a passion for teaching children. Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and still a big kid at heart. Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals. Strong problem‑solving skills and a can‑do attitude. Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary‑aged children.
