TeamKids - OSHC/Childcare - 2IC TeamKids Cannons Creek, Victoria, Australia Job type: Permanent, part-time. Location: Cranbourne East, VIC, 3977. Split shifts Monday to Friday, 6.30-9am and 2.45-6.30pm (31.25 hours per week). Salary and Benefits Approved for Early Childhood Education & Care Retention Payment – extra 10% on top of award wage. About the Role As the Second in Charge (2IC), you’ll be a key leader in delivering high‑quality care and creating memorable experiences for children in our service. You will support the Director of Service and engage with the school community, attend events, assemblies, and contribute to the design and implementation of enriching experiences. Responsibilities & Qualifications Engage with the school community and attend events, assemblies. Assist in creating and implementing enriching experiences based on children’s preferences. Foster genuine relationships with children and families. Play and have fun with primary school‑aged children. Support compliance with industry regulations. Previous experience in before/after school care or education (preferred, but training provided). Thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals. Strong team player with problem‑solving skills and a can‑do attitude. Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary‑aged children. Energetic, enthusiastic, and loves to have fun.
