Your day-to-day work will involve precision weighing, liquid dispensing, cleaning equipment, documenting batches, and following detailed step‑by‑step SOPs in a clean, quiet, well‑organised GMP setting. Full training provided. Ideal for anyone with experience as a full‑time blender of herbal liquids, or alternatively, GMP, clean‑room, lab, food, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical background. The salary will be negotiated inside the posted range based on your experience and seniority level. $29.37 - $32.95 per hour + super Why you’ll love working here: A clean, modern GMP workplace Clear procedures, predictable tasks and a steady pace Work that directly supports health practitioners & their patients A stable, secure full‑time role in a growing company Supportive team and strong training program Career pathway: Technician I > Technician II > Senior Technician > Team Leader The Responsibilities Compounding & Dispensing Prepare and compound liquid herbal formulations according to Master Batch Records (MBRs) and SOPs Accurately weigh, measure and dispense raw herbal extracts, solvents and excipients Perform line clearance, equipment cleaning and sanitisation before batch commencement Operate, monitor and clean liquid compounding and dispensing equipment Documentation & Quality Complete all batch documentation, logbooks and cleaning records in real time Ensure batches are manufactured right the first time Report deviations, non‑conformances or equipment issues promptly GMP, TGA & Compliance Follow cGMP, PIC/S and TGA requirements at all times Maintain accurate, legible and compliant manufacturing records Ensure all equipment is in an approved and calibrated state before use Participate in ongoing SOP, compliance and quality training WHS & Facility Responsibilities Wear required PPE and follow all safety procedures Report hazards and participate in safety discussions Assist with incident investigations and WHS improvement activities Perform additional production tasks and housekeeping as required Production Support Support raw material reconciliation and stock checks Assist with continuous improvement and process optimisation initiatives Maintain a clean, organised and audit‑ready production environment Technical Skills and Requirements Experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, herbal extract, food/beverage or cosmetic manufacturing Experience preparing solutions in a GMP facility or laboratory (highly regarded) Understanding of GMP or GLP environments Basic computer literacy (documentation and batch recording systems) Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) Repetitive fine‑motor tasks (e.g., weighing, dispensing, measuring) Able to lift, handle and move materials up to 10 kg safely Comfortable working with strong herbal aromas and liquid botanical extracts Able to work in a fast‑paced, highly regulated clean production environment Working Rights Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen with unrestricted and ongoing work rights The Core Competency Requirements Exceptional attention to detail Reliability, punctuality and consistency Strong integrity and respect for compliance Clear written and verbal communication Ability to follow procedures precisely with no shortcuts Organised, steady, calm and proactive Positive attitude and strong team orientation Please no recruiters and agencies.
