Location: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Salary: A$78,000.00‑A$86,000.00 Responsibilities Oversee production of long‑form YouTube content for PWR (IRL or IRL‑gaming) from concept to execution. Manage timelines, logistics, and resources to ensure efficient production. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm, plan, and script video ideas that establish PWR as a leader in IRL gaming content. Organise and oversee shoots, owning budgeting, logistics, and talent coordination. Ensure post‑production runs smoothly, briefing and managing editors to deliver high‑quality edits that align with PWR’s creative vision. Coordinate communication and workflow across creative teams (content managers, VFX designers, and graphic artists) to ensure accurate information exchange. Work with the social media team to promote PWR's videos and engage with the gaming community. Work with brands to develop and integrate sponsored content into PWR’s videos. Analyse video performance and audience insights to refine strategies and improve future content. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in content production, preferably YouTube content. Experience working on set in high‑paced, high‑pressure environments, managing multiple moving parts and tight deadlines. Proven ability to oversee production processes, manage resources effectively, and execute projects on time and within budget. Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to stay composed and adapt quickly in fast‑moving situations. Highly organised and detail‑oriented, with strong logical thinking and the ability to turn ideas into well‑structured, well‑executed content. Experience in meticulous planning, time management, and overseeing video shoots, including logistics, budgeting, and talent coordination. Supreme organisational and communication skills. A proactive, problem‑solving mindset with the ability to adapt in fast‑paced environments.
