Role Responsibilities As Technical Solution Architect you will report to Director, Troels Kjemtrup and join a team of great colleagues. Your overall responsibility will be leading the technical architecture of Dynamics 365 CE solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and optimal performance. You will design and configure enterprise-grade Dynamics 365 CE environments, including entities, forms, workflows, and business rules and oversee solution packaging and deployment using ALM best practices and Azure DevOps pipelines. Furthermore, you will: Define and implement integration strategies leveraging REST APIs, OData, and Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, etc.) Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards for maintainability and quality Manage environment strategy across Dev, Test, and Production, including release management and troubleshooting Ensure security and compliance through role-based access, audit logs, and GDPR configurations Mentor technical teams on best practices, advanced development techniques, and performance optimization In collaboration with your technical colleagues, maintain and develop our technical standards and best practices Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage expectations effectively Understand and map business processes to Dynamics CE capabilities, ensuring solutions align with operational needs Your background and experience The successful candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master Degree in a relevant field and has 5+ years of experience designing and delivering Dynamics 365 CE solutions. You combine strong technical expertise with the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable solutions, including designing enterprise-grade environments, developing custom components in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript, and reviewing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex code and queries. Furthermore, this includes: Hands‑on experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model‑driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse for extending Dynamics CE functionality Skilled in REST APIs, OData, and Azure integration components (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus) Practical experience with data transformation and data migration into Dynamics CE Implement role‑based security, field‑level security, and compliance standards.
