Senior Accounts Receivable Officer

Your new role We have an opportunity for a Senior Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team based in Ballarat on a permanent full time basis. Working closely with the AR Manager you will assist with end-to-end accounts receivable processes for Unitings more complex revenue streams. Acting as the 2IC within the team you will provide expert support and guidance to business units oversee the generation and reconciliation of invoices and receipts manage debt collection activities and contribute to continuous improvement activities. You will also support end-of-month financial processes in collaboration with other Finance teams. Your skills and experience You will bring strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving allowing you to quickly identify and resolve discrepancies. You have previous experience in using multiple customer management systems and large accounting software packages to assist in dealing with a diverse and complex organisation. Time management is one of your strengths - you manage your time effectively and consistently meet deadlines without compromising quality.
