Your new role Some of your responsibilities within a contact centre environment will include: Play a key role in identifying, investigating, and preventing fraud and scams targeting the customers Liaise with stakeholders - such as phone teams, branches, risk, fraud, and customers regarding their queries and following up until acceptable resolution reached for all parties concerned/involved. Effectively handle, elevate and follow‑up customer queries, issues, and complaints, using judgement to resolve customer concerns on the spot Pro‑actively manage daily business activities by operating within set guidelines and governance Your skills and experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Relationship management skills Strong attention to detail skills Flexibility and availability for shift work Please note: this is a 24/7 contact centre – Candidates open to evening and night shifts are highly desired Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work model and WFH opportunities Strong potential for this to be a permanent role after a initial 12 month contract New modern office close to public transport in Parramatta This company has a high focus on diversity and inclusion and values the importance of unique backgrounds You will love working for them Your next step Does this sound like something you are interested in?
