VIP Sales & Marketing Executive , reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will actively engage, develop, and grow The Star Entertainment Group Interstate Market through relationship marketing to support the Star Sydney, Star Gold Coast and Brisbane TreasuryManage client relationships that grow our VIP patron database to increase The Star Entertainment’s domestic market share.Develop customer-centric growth strategies that align to relevant compliance and statutory requirements.Identify opportunities to grow the domestic database through commercial relationships and subsequent revenues.Manage marketing trips and patron entertaining budget with appropriate return on investment.Liaise with internal stakeholders to utilise property events and functions, ensuring direct mail offers are attractive for VIP patrons.What we are looking forUnderstanding of relevant compliance requirements including associated legislation, System of Accounting and ICMsProven experience in a hospitality, sales or related environment is crucial.Ability to maintaining stakeholder, customer, and client relationships.You will have a strategic attitude in all tasks you perform.Highly organised and excellent communication skillsYou are an experienced professional with a proven track record in database management, customer service and stakeholder management.
