Finishing Grader Operator - Narrandera, Wagga or Yass We currently have an opportunity available for a capable and experienced Finishing Grader Operator for work with a road construction team based from a depot at Narrandera. This crew will be working on a site at Yass, so applicants from Wagga, Yass or other locations between Narrandera and Yass are encouraged to apply. Accommodation can be provided and allowances paid for applicants who are located away from the Yass work area. An immediate start of work is available and this role will involve working full time hours of work, working a 10-on/4-off roster. This role is currently available for an initial period of 6 months with genuine potential to continue beyond this timeline . Applicants will need to have experience to confidently operate a grader to a finishing level. Traffic control tickets will also be desirable, but can be obtained after commencing work if not already held. An attractive hourly pay rate is being offered, including overtime penalty rates for additional hours of work. Successful Applicants will need: current WHS White Card - essential Grader VOC/certificate of competency and recent operating experience traffic control tickets or willingness to obtain good all round fitness for manual work tasks previous experience with road construction or maintenance Workers on Foot (WOF) training course , or willingness to complete online before commencement of work (link can be provided as part of the on-boarding process).
