We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marine Operations Manager to lead our vessel operations team based in Hervey Bay and K'gari. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of our marine fleet, ensuring exceptional service delivery and adherence to maritime regulations. About the Role The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership to vessel crews, ensure compliance with AMSA, NSCV, Marine Orders, and WHS legislation, and promote a proactive safety culture.
