The agency is on multiple panels, holds preferred‑supplier status with several organisations, and has deeply embedded commercial‑sector partnerships. There is significant scope to grow the desk further under the right consultant. Roles span collections, customer service, KYC/AML, compliance and other banking and accounting roles (generally up to $100k). Why This Role Stands Out Established Clients & Strong Market Reputation With a long track record and deeply embedded business relationships, the consultant will inherit a highly engaged client base with consistent workflow. Extremely Streamlined Temp Processes The business uses JobAdder, Employment Hero and Invoxy — all fully integrated. Once a placement is made, the consultant only needs to send a templated placement email and enter the placement into JobAdder. The Operations Manager then manages all backend processes. Flexibility & Development Ideal for someone who is coachable, eager to learn, and genuinely committed to building strong relationships. Full training is provided, even for recruiters earlier in their career. The owner has plans to grow the business throughout 2026, including adding commercial recruitment headcount, expanding the Government division and potentially establishing a QLD office. This role will play a key part in that growth.
